Is there a way -- in Phototshop -- to group your patterns by themes instead of having dozens of them ?

Instead of loading each pattern one after the other, is there a way to group them by themes(stones, grass - etc) ; in this way, loading i.e "stones" would load all the stone patterns (yours and why not others).

well, if you load them all in photoshop you can save them again in other files...
but there is no function that does this for you automatically (as far as I know).
