First off, this looks amazing. I could definitely see this as a poster for an anthology film about Grievous.
Anakin and Obi Wan standing on the eyes on the general's mask looks pretty cool, especially with the fire raging in the background. It could probably signify their final fight on Mustafar, but that's my opinion.
The rock formation that makes up Grievous' mask looks impressive. This is just my opinion as well, but to me it reminds me of appearance of Utapau.
Overall, it's a really impressive work of art. If the artist has anymore planned, I'm excited to see them.

Thank you very much for your critique. Overall I'm glad you (nearly) found every detail and interpreted them correctly. But I would like to add one more thing to the location-uncertainty.
In the background (at the bottom of Grievous‘ mask) you may recognize Darth Vader's castle’s silhouette which foreshadows Anakin’s evolution. Strictly speaking there are two different time strands in the poster which you may see as a drawback. All in all it was my intention to place the scene on Mustafar.
Furthermore your guess that the rock formation also could be one of Utapau’s sink holes inspired me for a new version of this poster. I hope I am able to carry it out.
