Wow, this is a very good concept. I love the mix of advanced technology with ancient looking aesthetic. Plus the animal-like form gives it quite an eerie feeling. Very well thought. The artwork itself is just as good. Very good choice of colors and subtle shading. Β I hope you get to use this in something big one day. Keep up the good work!

What a lovely and imaginative robot! I can already think of several reasons this design would have been created.
Though it doesn't resemble her directly, it makes me think (in entirely positive ways) of Moxana from Girl Genius: one of the greatest clanks ever made, able to tell fortunes and communicate pretty well (especially for having no audible voice) through cards and symbols. Oh, and just to clarify, this is very high praise form me as I adore Moxana and the whole Foglio universe!
All of your robots have been quite fascinating; this one moved me the most. Nicely done!
