The woman is beautiful and I really like her costume design, it's cool. And the dragon is cool too. A little sketchy style suits to this well.

Lovely picture. Great pose and shading. Especially the little dragon is well done.
There is just one thing that looks a bit wrong - that dragon amulet has no shadow, so it looks as if it was fused more or less seamlessly with her skin.
