I hate tagging, especially those "fill me out" things, because nobody loves doing those, and it's just a waste of time in the end.

I dislike tagging too.
Sure, it sounds fun, but it is such a tedious process. You have to go to a bunch of people's pages, according to the requirements of the stinking tag after finishing it up, and nobody wants to do that. Not to mention, it is spamming and spamming is such a big pain in the rear.

Well it isn't literary spamming, (I confused tagging with chain letters. Man, do I feel stupid.) but it's still not really worth it. Personally, I wouldn't mind stealing one but I wouldn't really bother to find people to do convince them to do the same thing I did. Why do people have to make tagging feel mandatory? It sucks the fun out of it. I guess this is why I rarely do it. I don't even bother to tag other people. XD

You betcha. In fact, I originally started a routine to stop the concept of tagging, but people didn't join and others flamed it, so it ended.

I guess it also depends on what type of tagging? Maybe that is why people flipped.
If it is tagging as in chainletters I understand. Man, those are a pain. As for journal tags, I don't dislike them as much but that is if I have the option whether to play along or not. There are some journal tags that are made to look as if they are mandatory to follow through. That just ruins the fun of it and why I rarely participate. I don't even bother tagging people with the journal meme ones I just "steal" them.

It's when someone sends people a messege saying something like "You've been hugged. Send this messege to your friends to prove your a true friend" or something like that.
My friends do that on my youtube account sometimes and it gets on my nerves. >__<
