Seems so. Aromantic is when you don't feel romantic attraction. Plenty of asexuals still are romantically attracted to people. Only a small percentage are aromantic.Β
I wish you luck with finding an internet friend. Do you interact with anyone regularly? Follow? Have you tried Discord? I think chatting with people phone-style really lends itself to more soild bonds.Β

I don't like talking on the phone, chatting like here on DeviantArt is better for me.
I also have autism that makes it not easy for me in many situations and I respect everyone as long as they are not rude to me.

I like it more when I write, I don't like to use my voice with strangers.
Right now this is the only forum I really use.
I try to comment on many pictures I like but it is hard to communicate and say the right words and sometimes the people only don't answer my comment but answer the other comments it's strange. ^^
It would be good if I have a friend but when I'm in my room on my pc I like it when I'm alone and doing something so it's usually ok.

Oh, man. This is so true about me and a friend I knew a while back... he was so sweet to me, and we always talked and laughed together, but our age difference was a couple of years, so I knew I could never date him... I still miss him. ;u;

I was in such situation few years ago. I felt in love with my dear friend. And I even told him what I feel. Feelings were not mutual, but he never made fun of me, he was still my friend. With time, that feelings have gone and now we are best friends. And I'll never forget what he has done for me.

I see... ;u; When my friend confessed to love me, I was dating another guy, so that made me feel really confused. I kept asking myself 'who do I love? Who even loves me more?', but things change. I am hoping to find that friend again and possibly see if he still likes me. If he does, I know I can't date him, but atleast I'll know he still loves me.
