So this is OC Shiori who won this commission from me as a prize in a contest, sorry this took so long unfortunately I had to put this on hold for a minute because I had been doing an entry for a contest and I forgot how close the deadline was I just made it, but here she is hope you enjoy, I tried to stick to everything you gave me but some things are a bit done up~Also does anyone hate our new submission process?
