Designed mostly with the 2003 version in mind, but the grey clothing under the white coat was definitely chosen to homage the 2008 and 2010 versions for sure.

Nope! It is a prototype Avohkii I received from BZPower a few years ago. They had a bag of prototype parts donated by Lego and passed them off to their members at conventions and as contest prizes.

I also have a silver 08 Takanuva mask but not quite the right mask for this.
