One of the many things I like about it is the sense of history.
Turran trees can live for up to 30,000 years and Nlians have sheltered in these trees
since they came to the Northern Continent in 9000 B.C.
What I particularly love is the vibrant LIFE everywhere.
Imagine what a visiting Nlian who came from the Southern Lands, specifically the Dune Sea,
would think of this place the first time they saw it!

I'd have to say the mountains, especially if they include forests. I'm an Appalachian native and I love the mountain, of course. I once read that just about every human culture has a nickname or slang for mountain folks. Would Nilans have one as well?; not necessarily mean spirited, just a typical title.Β Β
