HISTORY
Kimmer was born during the last days of the Nlian 6th Age. She was born in the city of Skadi on the Northern Continent but as an adult
she moved to the Eastern Continent and settled int he city of Jeftell. She had a keen interest in the healing arts and became a highly skilled nurse with an excellent bedside manner and an iron stomach. She was also a skilled brewer, who delighted in mixing and making ciders and wines.

Personality wise she was strong willed and high spirited with a mischievous sense of humor. She enjoyed attention and was quite flirtatious in her youth. She had many suitors, but her heart was eventually given to computer programmer Yorven Kull whom she lifemated in 1999. In 2003 their daughter Vasa was born

WARP DRIVE
At the time of Kimmer's birth, Nlians weren’t yet warp capable but had explored and built outposts on every world in their system, including Gemon, the largest moon of Zeuna, the gas giant on the edge of their system.

In 2005 the Nlians, began experimenting with ways to achieve faster than light travel and in 2010, scientists on Gemon developed warp drive. Not long afterward they came up with an incredible breakthrough using Green Fire, a powerful incendiary power source. Through it scientists developed an engine capable of reaching warp 2.
The Nlians fitted a warp 2 engine on their most advanced ship, the Silvenyo and plans were made to send it to the Norayis System , Nlia’s closest neighboring system, located 4 light years away. The ship would have a twelve member crew of Nlia’s finest scientists, engineers and pilots. Kull was chosen as Chief of Operations. Because Nlian lifemates suffer duress if separated for a lengthy period, Veree was allowed to accompany him. Two other crewmembers had their lifemates accompany them as well, bringing the total number aboard to 15.

SILVENYO LAUNCH
In 2014 the Silvenyo was launched on its historic voyage. During the trip Veree assisted in Medical Bay. A meticulous record keeper she also kept inventory of the ship's supplies. She also assisted in morale and her ciders proved to be very popular.

The ship arrived at the Norayis System after a journey of six months.

While there they made First Contact with another species, the Tkarites

This historic meeting began the Nlian 7th Age: The Age of Contact.
