Both apparently. SFxT assimilated Tekken into Street Fighter, and allowed them to fight like Tekken characters but within the realms of SF.
Not all of them came out looking cool, but I did like that Paul got to upgrade his Burning Fist into the Atom Smasher for his Ultimate.
If TxSF is still being made, it will be cool how all the SF's will have their LK,MK,HK,LF,MF,HF, specialty moves, combos and ultimates emulated into Tekken. I'm more of a SF man myself, but it should still be FAR better then the 3D Street Fighter EX games that we are all forbidden to talk about.
Plus, supposedly it will revolve around Jin and Ryu's differences...which is obvious.

Jin is looking for Ryu to find out how he controlled the evil with in him but Kazuya is looking to stop that from going down so now he's hunting Ryu to get Jin to come out of Hiding.

I am really not looking forward to this game,

I would have been far more interested in a Virtua Fighter Vs. Tekken game.
