Phoenix boyo~
Had lines lying around for this, for ages - finally found some time for myself to work on it again~

Levels:

- Fullbody X2 = 3 levels
- Background X2 = 3 levels

Total = 6 levels

Evolution: Evolves via levels!
Upgrade:
- Gets Crossbreed gene x1 (Milotic), Fusion (Fire), Shiny, and Morph -> (From OOS items, Type Injector, Species Swapper, Prism Scale, and Mod Tech from my inventory!)

Design;
- Body is mainly milotic with rounded face of Altaria, feet of altaria, beak of altaria and shortened feathers on head (morph).
- Morph is affecting brows of milotic, making them shorter as well and partly the wings to make thick steam-like clouds with the fire fusion.
- Cloud is turned to thick steam with the fire fusion, and the tips of the wings are on fire.
