Wow, super-realistic!!!
The modelling looks perfect, with tiny details. Awesome!
The hair is also very natural.
Congratulations!

Very well done! Congrats!Β
Image can benefit a lot from adding some DOF (edges are too crispy, specially at the shoulders and neck - just using a blur brush at these areas would be enough) and a simple level correction in Photoshop, since your image looks a bit gray. All in all, just 10min of Photoshop... tops! It would make the render brighter and put in evidence all the details you have done: great hair, skin, eyes and textures! Just suggestions! Nice character!

I put this image in Photoshop last night and couldn't decide how I wanted to edit it, so I left it. I quite like the grey feel since I wanted the piece to feel like it was a shot fromΒ a cinematic or a movie rather than a perfectly lit still photograph, so she is more immersed in the environment. But I agree that a little DOF would have worked nicely.
Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it!

Hi sef!
Just 3min in PS, and I did what I suggested. I would still darken the BG a bit, since the clock looks a bit too bright, just to put the character more in evidence.
Hope you don't mind (I really liked your render!):

I like what you have done with the blurring, nice edit. I'll mess around with it in PS at some point for sure, but I'll leave it like this for now.
