Princess Cadence is testifying in court and its about the wedding. She's testifying of being accused of being evil by Twilight Sparkle and this is the cross examining part of the testimony. Let us just put your evil smiles and bad behavior aside for a minute. Twilight saw you, when you "healed" her brother with a spell. However, it much more seems as if he is getting weaker instead of getting healed. It also is strange that you did this right after he started disagreeing with you. Doesn't that seem like a spell to break him and gain control over him much more then a cure?

Twilight Sparkle used a spell to create a physical existing picture of something she saw. Here you can see Princess Mi Amore Cadenza casting a spell on Shining Armor. Right now, that still goes with the "Healing-Story". But take a closer look at Mr. Armors eyes. They have a completely different colour and size then they normally have:

But that's not all. My next point deals with the magic of the Princess. Twilight once told me, that every unicorn has magic power and is able to perform easy spells. Then with discovering their special talents and earning their cutie marks, Unicorns are able to perform stronger magic dealing with their special talent. That brings a characteristic "color of magic" in which a Unicorns horn glows.

As an Alicorn, Princess Cadence of course has a color of magic herself:

As you can see, her horn glows in a light blue color. But as she casts her spell on Shining Armor, her horn glows in a green light:
