I don't really know the series this is a crossover with, but this looks pretty great all the same. You always have a knack for mechanical designs.

It's a pretty fun RPG, there's lots of things to do in it.
The problem is Sega said they would release the US and EU versions a bit after the Japanese release....and it's been years since that announcement. So that, coupled with the mentality that Phantasy Star is (maybe?) relatively quiet overseas is probably why people haven't heard of it.
Which is a shame, because it's fun as hell, especially with other players.
That said, I can definitely see this being Neptune's character, minus the spear. XD
