Excellent work! The effort put into the work is amazing. I can see why you decided to revise the original concept because this compared to the last version is amazing. One gripe I have is that the guard for the helmets on most of the characters looks somewhat distracting. Other than that, great work!

I see what you mean with the guards. I noticed it on Mario in particular. It has something to do with the focal length, I think.
Yoshi, Bowser Jr. and DK simply don't do well in head-on view
