Characters: Eragon and BromFrom: Eragon
Well I am back in business. *laughs* Here's another chapter. This is just one of those chapters where not much is going on... Eragon is just getting his bum handed to him by Brom. *laughs* I think this is the last chapter than doesn't have a spoiler in it... So be careful if you plan on looking at the next pictures I post... They might spoil your innocent minds.
The most difficult part had to be those trees. I had a really difficult time getting them to be the right color... The mountains were a bit annoying as well. I think I redrew them a couple times. Hm... other than that... It wasn't too difficult.
Eragon's arm does bother me though... I had someone pose for me and when i had it drawn it looked okay but when I tried to color it nothing looked right. So I sort of gave up. I might fix it later.
Materials: Drawn by hand HB pencil, scanned and then colored in Corel Painter 8
Time Taken: Probably about 4 hours

At the end of book 3 he couldn't defeat Arya or one of the elves following him.

Very impressive, You've drawn brom really well; but if i remember correctly, didnt they spar by a creek when they got to using real swords or was that the start with the wooden ones? :S

I absolutely love this! God, i LOVE the part in the movie where Eragon gets his ass kicked. I kid you not, in a span of 2.5 seconds, Brom knocks him down with, what..... TWO moves?!

I love Brom's expression here. So knowing, like he'd be laughing inside. I've always liked characters like him. He's just maybe too tall/thin to my personal taste here. :3
The background looks good to me and I especially like the rocks. For some reason they look very comfortable even though they're still rocks.
And Eragon looks fine as well, the hand too. I like how he looks like cursing, serves him right for not paying attention. ^

Trees can be buggers when they don't color right. Yours came out really pretty along with your mountain scene.
I have a habit of making my mountains purple... *shrug*
Very nice pose with Eragon! that and his expression is done well. He looks frustrated and on the verge of just giving up...I'm guessing he doesn't though. lol
