Eyebrows are a tad hard to get the hang of, but  once you have they are a breeze
Just paint a shadow -so to say- first to mark the general area, then the base color->the defined eyebrow shape, then start adding detail hairs

Yea I have to just get the hang of it  .  Although I think mine look well.  They can always be better and it can be annoying getting it right lol.  I think the eyes are the most important part of a character.  You can see expressions and what that character is about through the eyes.
