My OC Rin aka Hanabi. She's part of the group called the Iconoclasts, along with Kenji and Yoshika. Her weapons are Selhan 「 セルハン 」 and Telgre 「 テルグレ 」You can find more info about my "series", Project 13, by checking out some of my other work.
Hopefully I will have this colored soon. BTW, I really need to make better backgrounds
