...No, not ALL of my Spore animals were upright birds with arms, antlers, and serrated beaks. But I heavily suspect this guy and Spore-Beast: Alaerapi might be in the same Genus.

Anyway... I SAID I might draw more interpretations of my Sporrings and here we are. xD This is Optoryx... his name is a blend of 'Archaeopteryx' (for the tail) and 'Oryx' (for the horns). I posed him gazing ponderously up at the sky, because in the game, he was the first beastie that I took into Space. Bright-eyed, curious little fellow that he is!

(Revisiting all this Spore stuff seems to have inspired me to imagine an enhanced remake of said game... I wrote down some ideas. Perhaps I'll share that later, for any Spore-enthusiasts that may dwell here. xP )
