Y'know, I made my headcanon versions of the characters as soon as i finished Problem Sleuth, and it matches yours perfectly. Its amazing that someone whos actually GOOD at art draws what I imagine, and I dont even gotta ask for it!

I wonder why people write him like he's detective John then? Maybe to contrast more with Slick?

I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that many of the fanfics tend to go in a more noir style, which means dropping some of the sillier aspects, which tends to leave PS's dumb ego moments out =P
