I begin sketching by hand, then use a combination of Sketchbook-Express and Photo-shop, to add the finishing touches, color and shading...

Thanks for replying . I've tried a similar approach before, but I have the most trouble with getting my scans to look right XD. You pull it off wonderfully though.
