As suggested by here is the latest addition to the Color Spectrum series, Dawn/Hikari.Dawn was first introduced to the Pokemon Anime in 2006 in Japan and 2007 in North America. In keeping with the attempt at historical accuracy, Dawn is wearing modern fashions with hints of Japanese street style.

That's adorable. The yellow outfit is the coolest, mostly because I love how here hair is. I like her pink outfit a lot too, it's quite cute as well. She came out quite lovely in all of them.
