As suggested by here we have the Blue Fairy making Quasimodo as beautiful on the outside as he is on the inside.This is kind of like a Casper or Cinderella deal.

Tbh i don't mind if Quasimodo want to change he's appreance. If he want to change some part of he's body that ok as long is not hurting himself

I actually really enjoy pictures like this one because I imagine that good hearted people like Esmerelda and Madeline know that despite the obvious deformities that appear on the outside they know that this is what Quasimodo 'actually' looks like on the inside.

after his song in the film "out there" some magical being would come and grant his wish

I am more interested in comparing the practicality of the two forms.
That bulge around his left eye may actually impair his vision in that eye (particularly upwards). Β I can only hope Quasimodo has access to vision tests in Notre Dame. Β Making him attractive could get rid of this defect (if it exists).
An upright body would give Quasimodo a higher line of sight. Β On the plus side, it would make it easier to make eye contact with others (and thus, help him socially) as well as giving him a greater range of sight overall. Β On the minus side, his lower sightline given by being a hunchback is a big asset in making figurines since his head (and therefore his eyes) are closer to the table. Β If he is a fan of reading, the same would go for that hobby as well.
What do you think? Β Do you think that being upright would be a big help to Quasimodo's life, or is he so used to being a hunchback, that this transformation will make him struggle to do the things that used to come naturally for him? Β I hope you can let me know about this.

I think that for his health, having an upright body would be more beneficial due to the time period he lives in and the lack of medical expertise that is available. Often times having a hunchback can cause pain and occasionally breathing difficulties which can be extremely hazardous during the time period Quasi lives in. Since the fairy is magic she could probably make the transition from hunchback to upright go more smoothly in the way of adaptation. But I'm not expert.Β
