They slept, mere inches apart, nestled in the cold of winter. Nymph dreamt while trapped beneath the cold glass of frost and ice; Dryad hidden with the sleeping leaves of spring, deep within the tree's branches.Then the spring came, and with it the blessings of warmth, melting their respective prisons and coaxing the spirits forth once more.
