Description
I think it should be mixed media, after all the lines and the texture were drawn manually. I adjusted & cleared the lines in PS CS3, colored and fixed the lineart with SAI.
and her skin looks grainy because she's a bit of a homeless and cannot be shiny clean - so I left the dirty look of the pencil drawing.
