Rylee has no recollection of her past. All she remembers is waking up near a lake with bruises, a sprained leg and broken lantern. The only thing she remembers was her name, but everything else was either blank or too blurry to recall.

Once she healed, Rylee learned how to make lanterns and candles, and discovered she had a natural talent for the art. She decided to open up a business where she'd sell candles and lanterns, with a lantern repair job on the side to occupy her when things were slow.
