Part IV
In one of the corridors of the fortress fugitives ran into the Hadd's back. They wanted to sneak past him but The Lieutenant of wolf's teeth turned to them and ask:
-WHO's THERE? ANSWER ME!
Three breathless freinds were silent.
-Who IS IT? I CAN't SEE YOU-Hadd touched his blindfold, -But I can hear your heartbeat..and smell  the rotting straw and damp....IS IT YOU, ROBERT LANGDON?
-Run, Silas!-cryed Sendy before Hadd tryed to beat them by his whip,-Hurry up!!
Silas and Langdon were running as  quickly as they can.
After that Hadd went to two guards and order them:
-Three dangerous criminals had just escaped from our prison.
Tell everyone that I will reward a bag of gold who will catch the fugitives!
-I hear chasing us-said Robert Langdon,-Hadd sent all his guards to catch us.
-I'll do them-said Silas, raising the floor big heavy candlestick
-Robert, hide!-whishpered Sendy ,pointing to the big chest.
Two high monks in black robes reached the niche(where was Silas), then suddenly, one of them fall unconscious, the second puzzled,  turned and fell too.
Then, three friends continued their way for Sophie's salvation. Near the stairs to high floor one guard were nearly caught Langdon, but professor overturned the censer of incense. The incense oil spilled and caught fire, and one of guard's long robe was lit!
After a few minutes Sendy, Robert Langdon and Silas reached  the continuous room with a lot of bookcases.
-There is the last room before the gates to ceremonial room-said Sendy.
-Someone is coming here again,-said Silas
-If it is guards, we'll  overturn them one of the bookcases. -proposed Langdon,-Help me, Silas!
Then , Benekil and Fanogil came into room.
-Hey, where are you?We had heard your voices here-asked Fagohil
-Do you want to play hide- and-seek game-said Benekil in a gently voice,-Well, well we argree.Just two three four five I'm going to look for you
As soon as Fagohil and Benekil  had approached the Bookcase, Langdon and Silas dropped the bookcase on him.
After Benekil and Fagohil were neutralized, Langdon and Silas came near doors to ceremonial room. This heavy oak doors were guarded by four monk-knights, but the fight with them was'nt difficut for Langdon, Silas and Sendy.
-After my adventures in Vatikan I took  a few lessons in boxing and karate-said Langdon to surprised Silas.
-EDRO!-said Sendy and heavy doors opened.

Six guards introduced Sophie to a Sacrifice  room with an altar stone in the center and she looked around. It was a large room, decorated with banners and flags with  black snake s entwined around a dagger with skull - the emblem of the Serec-ar Estel and angry wolf's head-the blazon of Wolf's head fottress.
The floor was  s painted with mysterious signs and magic symbols. There were a carpet to altar and six large candle holders  with burning red and  black candles either side of carpet. There was a socle near altar-a tray of   a big and sharp sacrificial dagger lay on it. There was a lot of Serec-ar Estel sectarians in the room -in red and black robes.Henda and his three sorcerers was nude-they they had almost no clothes, except for red long silk loinclothes and their long hair  gathered in a ponytail .The guards brought Sophie to the altar stone and then retreated to the door.
The crimson-haired sorcerer glared at Sophie  with a fierce glee that made her blood run cold  and smiled.Althrough Sophie was a brave policewoman, she will  never forget Henda's wicked face maddened with the lust for blood, or the glare in his eyes. Suddenly, Henda and his three wizards  began a song: a cold murmur, rising and falling.Their voices seemed immeasurably dreary, sometimes high in the air and thin, sometimes like a low moan in the ground.Out of formless stream of sad but horrible sounds, strings of words would now and again shape themselves: grim, hard, cold words, heartless and miserable.The cold was cursing the warmth for which it hungered.Muttering his terrible incantations, Henda went to the frozed of horror Sophie and tore her white dress. Then three of his aides took her body and laid on the altar stone.Henda He grabbed the dagger and cut along woman's vein.Dark red blood flowed in a golden cup .Henda showed the cup to followers.
The sorcerer was gloated over Sophie , pricking her chest and left hand with the point of the knife when the heavy doors of ritual room opened and Silas, Langdon and Sendy came in. And the first that they saw it was the human devil,with red hair and the sacrifice dagger in his hand , were stooding over Robert's fiancee . Sendy ran to Henda, , knocked the knife from his hand and held the sword to  villain's neck.
-Henda!Immediately let go of her!
-Let go? Her?-repeat sorcerer and suddenly dissappeared.
-But who...WHO are you?-Henda appeared behind Sendy.He was very angry.-How you dare to order ME?-and He threw a fireball in Sendy but he dodged.
-Azan!Shazul!-Henda commanded to his sorcerers,-Take care of them!
While Sendy was foughting off  spells of two sorcerers, who was really very strong, Silas and Robert Langdon coped with guards.
Sophie woke up from the spell and was trying to get up from the stone.
-No-no, my darling-angrily hissed Henda,raising his terrible knife,-You'll meet your destiny here!!!-but suddenly the woman  punched him in the nose.Henda was shocked:how did she cope with his spell? No sooner had he said a spell as a woman hit him again and threw his body against the wall.How dare she hit him? Henda have never seen so strong and brave woman before. In his motherland, Harad, women were weak creatures and behaved like man's slaves.
Azan and Shazul chased Sendy into a corner. They were sure  that they would win the battle, but suddenly the green eyes of their enemy were flashed a strange green light and unusual , strong power tore threw their bodies into pieces!The second wave of power faced Henda, who was trying to attack Sophie again, but did'nt kill him:the sorcerer only fainted.
-What was it?-asked Silas
-I don't Know!-answered Langdon,-What's wrong with Sophie?
Silas touch Sophie's forehead:-She  is in shock
Then albino  picked her up and said to Langdon:
-Look! A secret door for  priests. We'll go this way.
So, Langdon picked up unconscious Sendy and with Sophie  they went downstairs, opened the small door and went out into the yard.
When they reached the yard, they saw Hadd, lower the door grate  front of the gate out of the fortress.

-You should'not have run , my brothers- in -the- dark. Your souls  and bodies are belongs to Serec-ar-Estel now and forever.I am the Lieutenant of wolf's teeth, the Lord of this Castle  and I am  not intent on being removed!I won't let you go!
-Only over my dead body!-shouted Langdon , and attacked the fanatic. But Hudd easily caught him and threw Langdon's body like a rag.
-Such fool! Your defeat is assured.!The shadow consumes you!-said Hadd , drew his sword and approached to lying Langdon.Then, when Robert thought that his hour had come, a pale strong hand caught Hadd's arm.
-Let us go,Hadd, or you will be sorry!-said Silas to Hadd.
-You can not think to threaten me!-answered Hadd
-Unless you listen to me, you will be go to hell by this dangerous thing,-said Silas,pull out his gun.-Now, open the grate!
-Why did'nt you used the gun before?-whishepered Langdon to Silas's ear.
-I will explain you later-answered Silas. The reason was clear:there no bullets in the gun but Silas was sure that blind Hadd belive him.
Suddenly, Hadd grabbed a long stick and knocked the pistol out of albino's hands.Then, there was a blank shot.
-Your treat means nothing!-shouted Hadd-Put down your sword, champion.You can'not kill me.
The Lieutenant of wolf's teeth attacked the albino and after a short fight Silas flung his enemy.
-Is this how you want to play then? Terror will be my ally!-shouted angry Hadd. That poor Christian priest make head against him!But And then, they continued fighting.Suddenly, Hadd  was struck Silas and threw him aside.
Albino monk was hit the wall and broke his arm.Silas's arm  arm ached severely and he was getting tired.
-Your style of fight impressed me,-said Hadd,-But do you really think that you win the fight with former gladiator?
-He is a gladiator?-whishpered waking Sophie.
-Many, many years ago I lived in small eastern country and I was a slave.A slave who fought in the arena with other men since 16 years .When I was 20 years old , Troops of King Elessar entered into our country, and slavery was abolished.Gladiator fights were also banned and I was left without work and home-owner could not feed me anymore-he had no money.What am I supposed to do? To kill-that the only thing I can do, so I  joined the royal army as a mercenary.I was a perfect soldier, military authorities liked me but..I was wounded and blinded in a battle with cruel eastern savages.Blind Soldier can'not be a good soldier, so I was sacked. I had  to lead a miserable existence.When I was begging on main square in Esgaroth, a sorcerer with unusual crimson hair came up to me. He was promised me to transplant the eyes from somebody and restore vision.
May be it will be your eyes-Henda said that they are very beautiful!
--Now it is time for you to rest...for eternity!-said Hadd come to Silas and swung at him with a sword
-No!-shouted Sophie and Sendy, jumped on fanatic's back and trying to prevent Hadd.
-Refrain , you are pesky gnats!-shouted Hadd waving to them,-I was planning on sparing some of your lives. No longer!
"Why Sophie protect me?-thought  suprised Silas

"He is very, very strong.Even he is stronger than me.It is  impossible to win this fight,-Thought Silas, -But I must to protect Sophie and Langdon ..Hey, how I did'nt noticed it yet:during the fight Hadd always covers the right side of his body..May be it is weakness.I must try "
Silas  was struggled to his feet, holding in his left hand his sword.
-Are you still trying to save your poor freinds?-said Hadd angrily,-You have no chance!If I were you, I will Fall to my knees, beg for the forgiveness of our Dark Lork Melkor and I might let you live.
The albino did not answer, but only hit with a sword just in the right side of his opponent.
-But..How?-Hadd was suprised..He was seriosly injuired by Silas's sword and could'nt fight anymore.

-You see, God is on my side, and now your fate is sealed-answered Silas, then he  grabbed his broken arm:it hurts badly.
-Silas ! Can you go ?-asked Concerned Sophie
-Don't worry, we will take care of you-said Langdon
-Why are you.help me?-moaned Silas
-Did you forget that we are one team?-asked Sophie,-One for all and all for one!
-Now we must leave this place as soon as possible-said Sendy
"They are my freinds,-thought Silas while they were going through the forest,-My real freinds.."

If Henda was'nt the Sylvian's best apprentice, he would die like Azan and Shazul.But He survived thanks to the magic amulets and tattoos on his chest.Recovering from the shock, he threw on his favorite robes with mystical symbols and then, went out into the yard, to the wounded Hadd.Despite the severe injuries the  Lieutenant of wolf's teeth  was still alive.He easily lifted the heavy body and carried it in its anatomical laboratory. In this laboratory Henda dissected corpses of his victims and practiced necromancy .Henda come in and  put Hadd's body on the surgical table.
-Henda, what you want to do with me?-whishpered frighted Hadd, while Henda drew on his body magic signs.The crimson-haired sorcerer did'nt answer.

Silas woke and found himself lying in soft, big bed.At first he thought that he had slept late, after a long  unpleased dream that still hovered on the edge of memory.Or perhaps he had been ill?He lay a little while longer looking at patches of sunlight on  wall and listening to  singing of forest birds. Then, Silas sat in the bed and looked around.His right hand was bandaged but no longer ached.Silas vaguely remembered as they walked through the woods and met a squad of forest elves.Sophie explained them that they are in trouble and need  the help of elves. King Legolas could not refuse them the support.
-Good morning, Silas-Sophie came in-How are you?
-Not bad, thank you.
-Lumiel, Elven healer said that you were  recovering well.-said Sophie,-Look, I brought you some buns!I and Sendy cooked them on an ancient hobbit's recipe.
-They are perfect.You gave me those roses? "-Silas looked at a big beautiful bouquet of purple and black roses next to his bed.
-Not me.They were sent by a an unknown. The notice says :"For Silas.Once we'll meet again, my pale  angel". Do you have a secret admirer, Silas?
-I don't know.-Silas was puzzled.No woman would choose him.Who did send to him these roses?
-So,why you do not get married? You are a handsome, clever man, not too old  and you are'nt a Opus Dei monk now.You  would be a great family man.
-Well, Sophie, I took a vow of celibacy and I must  abide my  oath before God.And, even  And.. If I got married,I would'nt be a good husband:I am short-tempered and very jealous.You know I'm jealous of my beloved bishop when he left to travel without me.
-Did you often travel with bishop, did'nt you?
-Oh, yes! I was his secret bodyguard- nobody suspected that modest monk had a gun in his pocket. Twice I had to protect Manuel from enemies....The first was in Oviedo..-and Silas  launched into memories
-So, Silas what do you think about me and Robert?We are going to get married in Dale. Silas, will you spend the wedding mass, please?
-Of course, but I am... I am forgot the words of wedding prayer.-Silas was confused,-I need to meditate to remember this.
-Sophie, it's time for having breakfast-said entering Langdon
-Silas, I have to go.-said Sophie to monk,-We'll pass you the breakfast .

And they went to dinning room
-Your friend will be all right,-tell Lumiel Sophie and Langdon  after breakfast,-But Silas is a tortured soul.
-Can you heal him?-asked Sophie
-This only can do Maia- apprentices of Irmo, the Lord of Dreams, not we. But you must take care of Silas, or he may become a victim of bad people.

Far, far away from Elven's King Forest castle, in Harad jungle , in the headquarters of Serec -ar Estel Henda was knelt before the Sylviane's throne.
-But how  did you lose the fight ? -asked indignantly Lord of Serec of Estel,-You're the most powerful magician in the Middle-Earth!
-But that guy, Sendy has got an supernative, unruled destructive power.-answered Henda,-He killed my servants and nearly kill me.
-Intresting...He may be useful for us.-said thoughtfully Sylvian,-I want to see what he can do.
-Master Sylvian, will you..?-Henda was very surprised. Lord Sylvian had never left his new residence in Harad.
-Yes.And you 'll stay here and look after my roses-answered Maia,-I would like to examine him.And I will look at that "angel" that turn your head.
So ,Sylvian left and Henda was alone in big castle. He was sitting near opned window and looking in the  garden.Unlike Sauron, Sylvian did not try to look evil: he has got a lovely castle in gothic style with a big garden, where were grown asphodels, black and red roses and amaranth-the Sylvian's faivorite flowers.
Henda  was smokking hookah and thought about that Christian priest, Silas. He can't forget his silky white  hair, his muscled chest, his perfect stomach....The monk was beautiful like an angel.Studies of dark magic and necromancy , bloody experiments made Henda's heart like Witch King's -colder than ice, incurious and cruel.But now he discovered a new sense-warm and pleasant. Although his heart was broken by Silas's refusal, Henda still dreaming about him.
"Once I will kidnap you from stupid bookworm and nasty woman-thought Henda,-And I will bind you with ropes..And I will kiss you one hundred times"

Silas woke and found himself lying in soft, big bed.At first he thought that he had slept late, after a long  unpleased dream that still hovered on the edge of memory.Or perhaps he had been ill?He lay a little while longer looking at patches of sunlight on  wall and listening to  singing of forest birds. Then, Silas sat in the bed and looked around.His right hand was bandaged but no longer ached.Silas vaguely remembered as they walked through the woods and met a squad of forest elves.Sophie explained them that they are in trouble and need  the help of elves. King Legolas could not refuse them the support.
-Good morning, Silas-Sophie came in-How are you?
-Not bad, thank you.
-Lumiel, Elven healer said that you were  recovering well.-said Sophie,-Look, I brought you some buns!I and Sendy cooked them on an ancient hobbit's recipe.
-They are perfect.You gave me those roses? "-Silas looked at a big beautiful bouquet of purple and black roses next to his bed.

-Master Sylvian, will you..?-Henda was very surprised. Lord Sylvian had never left his new residence in Harad.
-Yes.And you 'll stay here and look after my roses-answered Maia,-I would like to examine him.And I will look at that "angel" that turn your head.
So ,Sylvian left and Henda was alone in big castle. He was sitting near opned window and looking in the  garden.Unlike Sauron, Sylvian did not try to look evil: he has got a lovely castle in gothic style with a big garden, where were grown asphodels, black and red roses and amaranth-the Sylvian's faivorite flowers.
Henda  was smokking hookah and thought about that Christian priest, Silas. He can't forget his silky white  hair, his muscled chest, his perfect stomach....The monk was beautiful like an angel.Studies of dark magic and necromancy , bloody experiments made Henda's heart like Witch King's -colder than ice, incurious and cruel.But now he discovered a new sense-warm and pleasant. Although his heart was broken by Silas's refusal, Henda still dreaming about him.
