This is just a one page transformation I had to do in scratchboard for my Materials class. This is actually the really nice board known as clay board, this one page was 16 bucks. This is really simple and awful cause I hate scratchboard, but if you like it, hey, good for you!Related content

I really love the last panel. I mean, I love the others, too, but the last one adds such a twist and makes it stand out as a unique piece. Werewolves are so typically associated with rage and emotional outburst, and then to have it resolve with such quiet, perhaps remorse or peace? It's lovely.

I can see why you'd highlight this one as one of your worst, but it really isn't too bad. I think it deserves consideration for a rework.

I'd like too, but scratchboard is not one of those things I usually think about. So it's usually after the fact or when someone favs this is when I think about.

Although I love the effect scratchboard puts forth.

Do you want to know what this reminds me of? I hope you laugh because I find it amusing... It reminds me of that terrible movie we watched in Sturtz's APEng- "The Coming of the Wolves." Not to say your picture is terrible... just that the whole werewolf thing reminded me of the really bad special effects when the guy turns into a wolf... Do you remember that??? LOL. I can't wait to see you over Thanksgiving... Been talking to your sister, too, can you believe that? She said hello and all and we've been sporadically chatting over DA messages. Anyway. I especially love how the hair looks in the second panel. In the fourth panel the hatching inside the mouth seems a bit odd. And the last panel seems a bit unclear (I can't tell if he is sitting on a rock or kneeling).
I'd have to say the first panel is my favorite, the hands are done really well.

I blame it on my hatred for working in reverse shading. Plus I can fail this project and still get an A in my class, so I got it out of the way as fast as I could so I could move on to more fun projects. Although I do wish I could go back and fix things in this thing, but the only way to do that is to spend another 16 bucks on another board :sad:

Hmmm.... the fourth panel bothers me in that it portrays a very violent, sudden action (a roar or snapping of jaws) while the other panels have much more subdued action, suggesting an inner pain moreso than rage. The squiggles in the second panel look out of place too, among so many straight hatching lines.
