How did you do that effect with the skin on the hips and breasts? I've always wanted to add like places where light focuses on the skin but never could figure it out.

Ah, a wallpaper i see. I really love the character, her design and color palette, though she's probably from an anime i haven't heard about (pls correct me if i'm wrong). Nothing much to say here, except for the fact that her left hand is basically invisible against her skin, tho it could be an intentional choice. Really love your style and the way you color, really simple yet very nice to look at.
