well trunks just screwed them all now so when frieza comes he better be there or they will all die since now they don't go to namek and frieza may achive immortality

If piccilo doesn't die then there is no need to go to namek, which means they never face freeza vegeta never comes back to earth and trunks will cease to exist... plus no super saiyans.
