The best revenge would be if Buneary shrank him even futher, only for the tiny Pikachu to evade her attacks and defeated her with a series of 'Quick Attack' and 'Thunderbolts.'
Nothing would be more humiliating than getting defeated by pokemon of such tiny proportions.

Well there is some way
You can transfer minimize to another mon by Heart Swap/Baton Pass/Psych Up (not sure if the actual 'minimize' effect is transferred together with the evasion buff)
Regardless of evasion buff, Stomp/Body Slam/Steamroller (and maybe a few other moves I forgot) have 100% acc on a shrunk PokΓ©mon and deal x2 damage from Black/White onwards

I'd argue that technically all inflation art that is being drawn solely for the purpose of showing the inflation itself, rather than as a plot device or gag, can be considered a fetish work, no matter how cute or innocent haha
But that's just my thinking, and plus inflation gets a huge bad rep on dA so I'm just trying to stay on the safe side.
