Ok so this is my first tutorial. when reading it, please don't be mad. Like I said, my first tutorial.There are only 4 steps. This tutorial goes out to & because they asked me how I did the hair and asked me to post a tutorial.
So here you go...

the wonderful thing about the tutorial is if you click on dowload and make it bigger, you can see the changes in the hair strands ^_^

Awesome tutorial, Carloyn! I think I might take this tutorial and try it tradtionally. Not sure if it would have the same effect, but it would be pretty sweet to experiment with!
