I took a whole box of tissues in with me. I had to go and see the movie alone, my 16 year old son wanted to go with me(he turned me on to the books,movies) I told him I had to go alone!! I came out with a quarter of a box of tissues...started crying as the opening started and did not stop....every scene Alan was in blew me away, if you watch the duel scene between he and Minerva the pain on his face is devistating...I HATE that he goes to his death knowing he is hated!!! I know the characters are Rowling's and she can do want she wants with them, but gee....a little tiny opinion of him in the epilouge 19 years latter.....

wow, you captured that moment so well! That has got to be the saddest scene in both the book and the movie. I think your right though, I think that they both took back the hatred they had for one another at that moment.

Oh, Sempra, this is so tragically lovely. I felt awful in this scene, like so many, but I thought it was so beautifully done. Wonderful piece and nice to see another Harry from you.
