I'm so late for everything... I just stumbled upon the short for this and it is so sweet. You just know he's going to get better with all that love and tenderness sent his way. I love the perspective from the top of her head. It's so gentle and yet so protective at the same time. Her hands are also beautiful.
You gotta envy her just a little...well, I do, but I agree, a little purr would go a long way....

He did not have a good time of it once he started Hogwarts did Snape? IMO I think his life was pretty good before Hogwarts (I don't buy into the abused childhood theory for Snape at all). Then it all went downhill for him there with the Maruaders and his own lust for power.
