And gosh does she look like a man? Q_Q She's a girl actually lol. My sis mistakes my girl characters for boy a lot too, guess it's because I like to draw boyish/short-haired girls.

But actually, that makes me think of something. You said you pictured your mabi character as tomboyish right? Since I'm going to draw her I don't want to represent her the wrong way. Is she more androgynous looking or does she just have a tomboyish personality?

Idk what you mean by anime but.. x.x; I do like to imagine stories and make characters ^-^

And regarding mabi char, just tomboyish personality I like to dress up her with all girlish clothes so just personality is ok xD. And this is besides the point but you use such big words, I had to search "androgynous" in the dictionary lol

Oh, what I meant was it's common in anime for a male to look female (particular characters), and that be the recurring joke, and can also be visa versa. So I just meant it's going with the genre~ Don't think too much on my comment though

I should note it's a lot easier for others to notice things that we as artists may overlook. Sometimes when my bf points things out I feel like "wow, I can't believe I missed that... " haha~

I used photoshop
I tried using more rougher looking brushes to get the feel of certain artist I like xD
