If we see it on the side of that the two are Sans, in theory, they are the same person, but of different universes. Therefore, we can think it as incest.
But it's a curious case with Fresh, because he really isn't a Sans, he is a parasite that possesses the body of a Sans. So he's in a weird balance of being and not being a Sans.
For practical use, it's Sanscest (incest too).
(In any case, Error would be narcissistic, lol).
