It looks nice, but for me there's way too much unused space. I'd place the tabs either on title bar, or on the side of the address bar (like it is on IE9-11 by default). If the tabs are not on the side of the address bar, then I'd at least fill it by adding a search bar. I never liked the merger of the two bars. It just causes problems.
Anyway other than that it looks nice. I like the logo too.

well, thnk u for ur feedback, I am kinda into a simplicity and looking for the uniqueness, there are reason why some space is empty, because it will use for some
user to fill up their own stuff by customization ..., its important for me and most professional designer to keep it neat at first stage, I keep tabs on the bottom because user will fill all the tabs till the end rather make it more crowded at the same place with many other thing.., its kinda sort out management system with friendly user interface,
I cant place tabs with title bar, because it same as google crome pattern, the space for tabs I replace it for addon and customization for all user taste
btw, I am looking forward into ur design to give some feedback
