I think this is the best photo I have ever done. Personally my favourite in my entire gallery.I have decided to give it an update for the new year.

Whelp, looking at it again with the added effects took my breath away. It's hard to describe how much of an impression this left on me. Like-- when looking at it, I feel breathless. It must be the lighting on it; the effects you put makes the picture look clean ;v;
...but that's just me //shrugs/

As I keep improving with editing skills and all that I look back on some older images and feel like some of them need an added "punch."
I feel this image gained a lot more "umph" and "power" just by the enhanced lighting and colourization. Like you said, yes it does feel significantly "cleaner."

Quite intense. The emotional impact is open for debate, which is part of what makes a fantastic portrait. The invitation to wonder: is he angry? Sorrowful? Lonely? Annoyed? Longing for the past? Dreaming of a future, but being interrupted?

My most humble and complete pleasure! I must confess, this is one of yours that just draws me back, repeatedly, as if there is a puzzle that I am compelled to unravel.
