Actually, to be honest...I don't do any sit-ups. Chin-ups and push-ups daily, is my main routine. And it's more about diet than anything hehe. Blahh...you should know lol,
you must take care of your body to look the way you do. You don't get a trim, toned "tummy" like that out of nowhere hehe.

how many pushups do you actually do per day now? also, do you have suggestions on what to do in place of chin-ups? i can't actually do them without breaking my house.

reeeally??? none?? you must eat like one grain of rice and chicken on a daily basis!
me??? no way!!! i guess this is where i say "tu che," because i'm too lazy to do them and i eat goodies all the time! i had half a hershey bar at 10:00 last night! my diet sucks!!!

I MIGHT turn vegetarian because I feel kinda guilty eating "meats" - especially what I hear happens to those animals. I do eat chicken, pork and steakand that stuff occasionally.
I'll have to take my regular dose of protein from the likes of beans (oh oh!), egg whites, cheese and soy milk or something.
And HEY! I hardly EVER eat sweets...but I do eat them when I feel like it. Whenever I'm in a grocery store or variety, I feel like getting some. HUGE fan of Hershey. Ahhh, dark chocolate - yum!
( I'll get you running and doing pushups hahahaha)

"MIGHT" is the key word, hehe...well, there's always fish. Ahhh, Haddock and Salmon - yum!
And what's wrong with beans? Huh? Huh??? Kidney beans are great.
