You know, this actually reminds me a bit of the Sleeping Beauty trilogy books. This could be a cover for Beauty's Punishment.

Gotta get the soft rope though. Like the silken stuff. -thinks- It would be cool if each one could have a colour theme too....Like, The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty should be a colour of innocence, cause she's still kinda innocent in that one.
Beauty's Punishment should be red- all passion and lust.
Beauty's Release- Hrmmm...what colour should be used on that one? Green maybe? For 'new' cause after all that she's been through, when she's released it's like she's a new person?

The Claiming - white or pink perhaps? Pink for the beginnings of passion? Girly-ness? Still kinda innocent...
Punishment - agreed. i'm also partial to hints of black (punishment, mystery, the 'darkness of passion' kinda thing, etc)
Release - for some reason i thought of blue (freedom? eh...) but i like the green concept too...hmmm...release...blue's still kinda passion-y and i like green for the beginnings angle....

Hey - we could do sashes as tie-'em-ups or maybe soft twisted ropes but twisted with 2 colors....

White is good. Pink is pretty girly though. If SEnigmaticX did it, he would be the male version of Beauty, so maybe something a bit more masculine? White....yellow...earth tones could work too. The sash would work great for the first one too. Something minimal on the bondage scale.
For punishment though it should be a bit more hardcore. I love the idea of adding black to the red. We should go beyond just sashes though. Blindfold maybe? And another sash covering his mouth? Hands behind his head, shoulders out, like the pose they always have Beauty in. On knees, or not?
Release- blue AND green? That works and...the sashes on the floor around him. Untied and unshackled. That would be very good too.

i agree with you on the pink being too girly - white is great, sashes - agreed.
hmmmm-punishment....i like the idea of the pose and yeah, i think 'on the knees' is a good representation of the book/idea. i like the blindfold AND sash covered mouth - both kind of loosely tied - there always seemed to be a certain 'willingness' of the characters to be subjected to the things they go through...
love love LOVE the idea of the sashes on the ground around him. VERY good representation...

We can only hope. I'd like to think that if he likes all this, he'll let us know. Maybe. Or he'll just post the pictures and put in the comments 'Thank you's to us. Then again, I can only hope. I'd just like to see someone good do pictures for those books. I think there's only one person on here who did some and......yeaaaah. I dunno. There's no separation and they all really look the same. It's like they snapped some pictures and just called it 'Beauty's' ect ect.
