Finally half finished this...I've been working on it for a few days and I put in at least half of the techniques I've learned using Photoshop. I used one of my favorite "Kill Santa Claus" anime picture as color reference to see what I need to do to make this picture look decent. XD;

This was going to be a birthday gift for my mom but...things aren't going so good between me, her, and her fiance. >w<; So...bleh. I don't feel like doing a background and the nearby b-day presents now, got lazy and un-influenced... I can't believe I put so much effort in this for nothing... -_-;

Anyway~ That circular thing behind the girl's back is some type of hat (doesn't know what it's called) and I purposely didn't give her mouth because it made her look cuter without one. And I tried 3 different designs for her kimono but they didn't come out right so...plain kimono it is! Sorry about any other of the thousand mistakes I forgot about, I tried.
