Download for fullsizeSo I started to make a reference soon after I posted that poll recently, I have been working on this between commissions and finished it the other night. I will probably edit this later on, I haven't made a reference sheet for a while.
Senshee was my test subject for this, and it was incredibly difficult. I just find making a reference sheet difficult. I couldn't decide on what clothes to make her wear, then I almost didn't bother with clothes. Eh. Then I settled on what I've been doodling her wearing lately.
I just typed a short bio for her, I'm still working on her character, those are her main traits at the moment.

I like the "how the ears connect" with the facepalm lol!
I understand that leaving out the arms allows the body to be seen better but I always instantly think the character is armless when I see refs like that

Yeah XD I thought I would add that, cause I noticed some other people having issues with similar characters, they're not sure where to put the ears. Someone complained that someone else was drawing the ears on top of the head. So I wanted to show that the ears start where the human ears would be.
I removed the arm on the side view one because it would obscure the body somewhat. I looked at some Brutal Legend turn arounds for the characters and noticed that they removed the arms on most of them so you can see how their clothes are. It does look strange though, but it works, lol.
This was before I added the clothes, I defiantly didn't want her to have a thigh gap, I wanted her to be curvy! And I agree

Ah the ears make sense being where the human ears would be. It makes it easier if you picture it in that way.
That's cool, it's a good place to gain inspiration 
Curviness is underrated! I like her big bushy tail too; I imagine it keeps her warm on cold days if she wraps it around herself.

Yeah, I find it a little odd when they are drawn directly on top of the head, so I like to imagine them being were a human ear would be.

Curviness is underrated, I want her to be curvy with no thigh gap. And she does! I have written about her origin. I was planning to make a comic about it, but I don't know if I will be able to achieve that
