Uh, I always thought Amy had a tail, it's just hidden by her dress. I could almost swear I've seen it, like in Sonic X when she's in bathing gear, or in Sonic Adventure when you can make her do somersault.
Interesting colouring style. I don't quite understand why you chose a blotchy effect for the highlights, but it looks shiny.

Ох, Дракоша, прошу, не бей меня сейчас. Но очень дельный совет. Подумай: Яркий свет луны. С того ракурса, где они сидят, они должны быть очень очень темные. В крайнем случае, от них были бы видны одни лишь силуэты.
А тут очень спокойная и нежная гамма цветов. Не правильно, но мне очень нравится.

It looks very pretty, but you know what would make it better? If you darkened it, and but more highlights so that way the moonlight reflects on them. Other than that, Awesome! ( As always! XD)

Well,first, Use the paint bucket (low opcity) On the picture, then make it dark enough so
you can see it, then use a free choice of any brush (like a hard round brush), and maybye put it to a low opcitiy.. Then, use that brush like a lighting tool,and lighten the areas that the moon is reflecting on. Is that better?
