She promissed me to draw the whole comic based on my story.

Well do you have a program like adobe photoshop? (BTW they're really expensive. (I just have it because my dad got it from the company he works for.) I can see you have an inking program. (I really need one of those XD)

Well, I do and she does too. This is just a sketch. It' wasn't supposed to be inked.
But the proportions and shapes?
Can you spot something that if it was you who draw it you would correct?

Maybe if you made his cufflet things a little more visible. I can only see the ring around his wrist. I would also suggest if possible color his eyes red. I kind of like art works were on thing is colored and the rest is black and white...XD You don't have to though, it's just a suggestion.

maybe you can color him and add a cool background

Try making his chest fur a bit more visable and lowering his top quill thing. Also you make the ears just a little bit smaller. Tell your cousin good job though.
