Description
Stormfront moves in. The sky was so full of water it turned green.A great storm.
Old A95, shakey hands, in a valley, but timing is everything.

I love crazy weather, we're pretty lucky (or unlucky if you LIKE crazy weather) here in Melbourne though, we don't really ever get hurricanes/tornadoes, earthquakes, etc - Maybe once every 20 years something really small, someone might lose a roof tile.
We barely even get a good thunder storm once a year - The thing I was most worried about was lots of rain getting into the thing I was building outside
You're from the US?

Yes, the southern US in High Point North Carolina where we eat grits, cuss and drink white lightning!!!!! Whoa!!!!!
The climate here in Port Macquarie is really great. We do have storms roll through, but all and all it is a beautiful, warm beach town.
What were you building outside when it stormed???

your ceramics are outstanding...and yes, it is very messy. I love Raku and have not dealt with it in many years. The colours can be so amazing and natural.

I haven't done any ceramic stuff for nearly a year now. Other family members still do stuff though which is good.

Indeed, Melbourne. We don't often get storms here, it's very calm generally, which sucks.
