Just an outfit revision sample that I would REALLY like some feedback on!

As some of you may know, this is a new outfit for my RotG OC, Father Time (aka Time-Turning Asshole)

His first outfit was...well, as you all likely have picked up; it was a "rush order". I had been pushing lines around in SAI with no real clothing idea in mind, so I basically just said FUCK IT and made his first outfit here --->

That said, I would LOVE some feedback for this new concept! I'm not really that sold on the sash (the blue sash going from the clock in his chest, to his back, and leading up to attach to his left hand via the buckle on is back). I also wanted to test out a VERY open back since the guy has six pairs of wings, marked by the grey circles on his back (he typically keeps his wings withdrawn/banished, or other times will only have the three pairs out). COlor concepts are still the basic white, silver and gold.

This is JUST an idea that I REALLY would like some feedback on, or even some suggestions! Ergo why a lot of other details are missing (ie his actual face, his hair, etc).

I'm debating eliminating the sheer decoration and just giving him back his cloak, but I'm not entirely sure. So any thoughts regarding that glaring point would be greatly appreciated.
