Very very good, it is seen very easy, but the problem is my level skill for the use in photoshop principally in the skin tones...

That would achieve realism in the materials, you have to train and line hand drawing from photos and refs.
I did the same. Over time you memorize how to draw a particular texture, material used to and everything works quickly and easily.
