OK, How's my coloring doing on this?? Critique is very much wanted!!
PSP 9 is the program I'm useingEDIT: I'm going to upload this gradually, So feel free to continue to leave more comments when more is done

Whoa, thats really impressive work! The expression is great and the shading flows really well for her (?) arms etc.
What is left to do? I'm thinking the patches, charms and collar. Will you do a background? I can easily see her (?) sitting at a wooden bar at a fantasy/medieval pub, with simple tables behind her and wooden booths behind them, but that's just me
I am really looking forward to the rest of this!

Just to note, the full view becomes slightly grainy, I'm not sure if that's my computer or the full zoom but it may need to be looked into.

For the crituque the outlines seem to stand out. I think its because it has a white border around it. Maybe if you coppied the outline layer and set it to multiply over the color layrs then it should look fine. You could also try and soften the lines by making another duplicate of it and doing a gausen blur to it. Then just put that over the other outline layer.
Other wise the colors are great.

Even though I don't know much about the aspects of the actual process it takes to colour... I'd say you may want to blend the skin tones together a bit more, to smooth out the un-even'ness of the shadow, and original colour of the skin, and the contrast they emit. Also, for the hat, maybe lighten it some so it isn't so dark that it's hard to see the detail you put into it, i.e. the folds and what not; same tid-bit of criticism goes for the rest of the piece! <3.

Seriously though, that's a really good job. You could maybe add a couple darker shadows on the skin...not too much though. Really, it's good. I can't really find anything else that needs changing. Great job! Hurry up and finish!
