This is awesome!  
The dragon is so much detailed and wonderfully done! I didn't even notice the background (it's a bit messy, but I think it can be fixed with a little effort)!

EDIT: I noticed know that you removed the pic with the background, so forget what I said about it! Now it is much clearer and it is more focused on the dragon!
Awesome job! Also, I like it has yellow eyes and everything is in black and white, it makes a good contrast!
